·2 years of criminal defense / traffic experience preferred
oMake regular court appearances as required by the busy caseload while handling all aspects of criminal and traffic cases
oProcess new client intakes
oSubstantial writing experience, including drafting persuasive pleadings, motions, run guidelines (as needed) and sentencing memoranda for the court.
·2 years of personal injury and/or civil litigation experience preferred
oExperience with civil discovery, including the drafting and review of written discovery, conducting and defending depositions, and discovery related litigation.
oStrong analytical and problem solving skills
